I'm Elias Berkshire-Anderson, founder and principal of B A Construction. I started in finish carpentry and millwork over two decades ago and have since expanded into general contracting, federal contracting, and city procurement.

We've completed work ranging from residential bathroom remodels to federal projects — including serving as superintendent on a $4.6M electrical substation build at MCRD San Diego and performing the polished concrete scope directly as B A Construction. We hold Army Corps CQM certification, OSHA 40 EM-385, and have hands-on federal jobsite experience — including field superintendent work on a $4.6M project at MCRD San Diego and direct contract work performing the polished concrete scope.
