A tenant improvement project typically involves multiple trades across a compressed timeline. As your GC, we coordinate the full scope — our crews self-perform framing, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry, and we manage licensed electrical and plumbing subs when required. One point of contact, one contract, one schedule.
Commercial TIs require building permits in virtually all jurisdictions. We handle the permitting process — drawing coordination, plan check submittal, and inspection scheduling. Our projects are delivered code-compliant and ready for certificate of occupancy.
Metal stud framing and wood framing, drywall installation, tape and texture, interior painting, finish carpentry and millwork, door and hardware installation, ceiling tile and grid systems, concrete floor prep and coatings. We subcontract licensed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC as required.
We've completed tenant improvements for office build-outs, retail spaces, and specialty facilities including a firearms retail TI with polished concrete and full interior build-out, and a SyncWise office build-out involving drywall, paint, and finish systems. We're experienced with occupied-adjacent worksites and after-hours scheduling.
