We offer three primary epoxy systems: 100% solids epoxy (highest durability, ideal for warehouses and high-traffic commercial), water-based epoxy (lower VOC, good for residential garages), and polyurea/polyaspartic topcoats (fast cure, UV-stable, flexible). For decorative applications, we offer color chip broadcast, metallic epoxy, and quartz aggregate finishes. Every system includes a primer coat, base coat, and clear topcoat as standard.
The single biggest cause of epoxy failure is inadequate surface prep. We grind every slab with diamond tooling to open the pores for proper adhesion — no acid washing, no shortcuts. We patch cracks and spalls with polyurea or epoxy mortar before coating. If your previous epoxy peeled, it was almost certainly a surface prep failure. Our process eliminates that risk.
A garage epoxy system from B A Construction includes concrete grinding, crack and joint filling, primer coat, color base coat, decorative chip broadcast (if selected), and UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. Most 2-car garages complete in 1–2 days. We use commercial-grade products — not the big-box store kits that peel within 2 years.
