Interior painting includes walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and built-ins. We protect floors and furniture, patch nail holes and dents, caulk gaps at trim and molding, prime new drywall or repaired areas, and apply finish coats with brush and roller or spray depending on surface type. We use quality paints — Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore — not builder-grade products.
Exterior work includes siding, trim, fascia, soffit, stucco, block walls, fences, and gates. We pressure wash, scrape and sand peeling areas, fill cracks and gaps with elastomeric caulk, prime bare wood and repaired areas, and apply exterior-grade finish coats. Proper surface prep on an exterior paint job is what determines whether it lasts 5 years or 10+
The difference between a paint job that looks good for one year and one that lasts is preparation. We never skip the prep: washing, sanding, filling, priming, and caulking are standard — not upsells. On new drywall, we prime before top coat. On exterior stucco, we treat cracks before painting. Paint doesn't fix problems — it covers them temporarily. We fix them.
We've completed commercial painting as part of tenant improvement scopes and as standalone projects. We can work around business hours, provide MSDS sheets for all products used, and maintain clean, contained worksites. We're familiar with the sequencing between painting and other trades in a commercial construction environment.
