From sidewalk leveling to full surface preparation — we grind, level, and restore concrete surfaces for residential, commercial, and municipal clients across San Diego County.
Honest information about how we work, what's included, and what it costs. No surprises.
Our concrete grinding service covers the full range of surface preparation and restoration needs. We remove trip hazards created by tree root uplift, settlement, or wear — bringing sidewalks and walkways back into compliance without full replacement. We also remove surface coatings including epoxy, carpet glue, thin-set mortar, oil stains, and paint from concrete slabs, preparing them for new coatings, polishing, or bare concrete finish.
Trip hazards on public or commercial walkways create liability exposure and ADA compliance violations. Our grinding process removes lips and level changes to meet ADA requirements for accessible routes — a fraction of the cost of full concrete replacement. We serve property managers, HOAs, municipalities, and commercial property owners throughout San Diego County.
Concrete grinding starts at $1/sq.ft. for standard material removal. Trip hazard grinding and ADA leveling is priced per linear foot of joint or crack. Full surface preparation for coating or polishing is priced by square footage based on condition and coating type being removed. All estimates are free — we assess the surface and give you a fixed price before any work begins.
We own our equipment and perform 80% of our work in-house. No subcontractor roulette — the crew that shows up to quote is the crew that does the work. That means consistent quality, accountability on every job, and no margin markup on subs passed to you.
All estimates are free with no obligation. We give realistic schedules, not ones designed to win the job. Work is never paid in full until you're satisfied. One-year workmanship guarantee on all labor. CA GC #1021495.
