We self-perform demo, framing, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry. We coordinate licensed plumbing, electrical, and tile work as required. We manage the sequencing — so your plumber isn't waiting on the framer, and your tile setter isn't waiting on the backer board. One schedule, one GC responsible for the whole thing.
A typical kitchen renovation scope includes cabinet removal and installation, countertop coordination, tile backsplash, painting, new flooring or floor prep, plumbing fixture relocation or replacement, electrical for new appliances and lighting, and finish carpentry for trim and molding. We work with your selections — cabinets, countertops, tile — or help you source them.
Bathroom scopes range from cosmetic updates (tile, fixtures, paint, vanity swap) to full gut-and-rebuild with waterproofing, new shower systems, heated floors, and custom tile work. We install Schluter waterproofing systems, cement board backer, and coordinate with licensed plumbers for all wet work. Permits are pulled when required.
